Our story began with a mission to ease homesickness. The Pham family, who spent over 35 years serving pho in Saigon, brought their cherished recipe to Coralville. After strong support from locals, we opened our second location in downtown Iowa City, offering a broader menu and the same deep commitment to authentic Vietnamese cooking.
